Yes. Every puppy and kitten is vet-checked, dewormed and vaccinated according to age. Health records are shared at the time of adoption.

Browse, book a private viewing, meet your pet in person, and complete a short adoption agreement. We stay with you for life-long support.

Yes. We deliver across all seven Emirates with same-day or next-day service in Dubai, depending on order time.

What is your returns policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Food, treats and personalized items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
